1. CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1 If You Need to Cancel
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for free if you notify us at least 7 days before your check-in date.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No-Show: If you don’t check in on your scheduled arrival date and haven’t informed us, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
1.2 If We Need to Cancel
In rare situations (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or urgent maintenance), we may have to cancel your booking. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and process a full refund.
2. REFUND POLICY
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms mentioned above.
- Processing Time: If a refund is applicable, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Taxes, service charges, and any extra add-ons (such as meals or special requests) are non-refundable.
3. MODIFYING YOUR BOOKING
- Need to change your dates? No problem! Date changes are subject to availability and may have additional charges.
- Modifications must be requested at least 30 days before check-in.
